Create Change Chicago

is a year-round community-led initiative that transforms food arts culture and opportunity deserts into vibrant hubs of healing expression and empowerment. Through monthly pop-up festivals in historically disinvested South and West Side neighborhoods C3 uplifts local artists, small businesses and residents by combining joy with access to critical resources.

C3 features art and culture showcases, legal aid for record clearing and business licensing, gardening and sustainability workshops, cooking classes and fresh produce giveaways. Every resource offered whether food art or legal help comes with tools to learn and replicate it.

The project promotes food sovereignty community wealth youth leadership and long-term economic and cultural revitalization. C3 is not just about fixing a broken system it is about building a better one led by the people who live there.
