NC RISE is a coalition of four organizations:

We aim to empower our communities in Eastern North Carolina. We identify and tackle issues linked to modern-day oppression and lack of resources. We support by collaborating with local businesses and organizations to create food drives, wellness fairs, blood drives, and other events to uplift the community.
Issues like food insecurity, community disempowerment, false narratives, under-representation, health disparities, housing issues, the injustice system, and lack of business ownership and employment opportunities are some of the issues identified.
